ExploreHealthCareers.org, a site designed to support individuals in their career journeys, has relaunched with a refreshed design, improved navigation, and an expanded suite of career exploration tools—reflecting Liaison’s long-standing commitment to empowering the next generation of healthcare professionals. This relaunch marks the completion of Phase 1 of a broader, multi-phase initiative that began one year ago under the leadership of Liaison CEO George Haddad in collaboration with representatives from several health professions education associations.

As a long-standing, unbiased, and free resource, EHC.org has served as a gateway for aspiring healthcare professionals to explore career options across the healthcare industry. The updated site builds on that foundation with a modern, mobile-friendly platform that is more accessible, scalable, and responsive to the evolving needs of students, career changers, and the healthcare field in general.

Phase 1: A Foundation for Scalable Growth

The redesigned ExploreHealthCareers.org introduces a clean, modern user experience supported by SEO-optimized content and streamlined site architecture. Navigation has been significantly improved to make it easier for users to explore detailed profiles of more than 100 healthcare careers. Each profile includes information about job responsibilities, educational pathways, salary expectations, and career outlooks.

For example, a new Career Search Tool allows users to filter careers by level of education, salary range, and area of interest—helping them discover pathways that align with their skills and aspirations.

A Collaborative, Profession-Driven Redesign

This relaunch would not have been possible without the contributions of a dedicated working group composed of representatives from leading professional healthcare associations, including:

  • American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
  • Physician Assistant Education Association (PAEA)
  • Association of Schools & Programs of Public Health (ASPPH)
  • American Dental Education Association (ADEA)
  • American Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine (AACOM)
  • American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (AACP)
  • American Psychological Association (APA)

These organizations worked closely with Liaison’s cross-functional teams—spanning account management, product management, UX, art direction, and engineering—to ensure that the new ExploreHealthCareers.org reflects the shared goal of guiding more people into meaningful, mission-driven healthcare careers.

What’s Next

Phase 2 and beyond will introduce new features and content, including a built-out Resources hub, FAQs, and additional guidance materials designed to support users at every stage of their decision-making journey. These future updates will further enhance the site’s ability to serve as a go-to resource for aspiring healthcare professionals—and the educators, advisors, and programs dedicated to supporting them.

As we move forward, ExploreHealthCareers.org will continue to serve as an industry-leading resource supporting Liaison’s broader mission to increase access to healthcare education and help build a diverse, prepared, and passionate healthcare workforce.

We invite you to explore the redesigned site and share it with students, applicants, and colleagues across your networks:
