If you’re a higher-ed professional in North or South Carolina, you already know that the Carolinas Association of Collegiate Registrars & Admissions Officers (CACRAO) is dedicated to promoting postsecondary education through the professional development of its members.

Did you also know that Liaison will be at CACRAO’s 48th annual meeting in Wilmington, NC from Dec. 8th – 10th to present the findings of its groundbreaking 2019 Inquiry Response Project?

Learning and leading together

When you get to Wilmington and visit the Liaison professionals in the exhibition area, you might recognize a familiar face from the Carolinas. Nathan Alexander — Liaison’s associate vice president of enrollment marketing consulting — previously served as Gardner-Webb University’s assistant vice president and director of undergraduate admissions for almost 10 years.

Nathan will be co-hosting Liaison’s session, The 2019 Inquiry Response Project, with Cathy Hurd, associate vice president for enrollment management at Bennett College, on Monday, December 9th, at 3:30 in the Bellamy Room. Their talk will summarize the findings of a Liaison study of more than 700 school websites — including 52 schools from North and South Carolina — to determine how accessible information was, how fast schools responded to requests for information, how relevant their responses were and how many communication channels they used. They will then share best practices about how to develop more effective response strategies at your school.

In his current role at Liaison, Nathan is responsible for the delivery and ongoing success of the company’s enrollment marketing services, which includes its cloud-based Enrollment Marketing Platform (EMP™).

In today’s competitive market, reaching your prospects requires automation, tactful targeting and proper timing.

EMP makes the difference by eliminating the generic “thanks for inquiring” response and personalizing the student experience through detailed customization at every stage of the enrollment cycle.

Driven by your data, Liaison’s cutting-edge solution manages every aspect of your campaigns by tracking and responding to actions 24/7/365, increasing campus-wide efficiency through automation.

Simply put, EMP puts your prospects at the center of attention across every available channel — web portals, print pieces, email, text/voice messaging, social media, digital ads and more. Every engagement is immediate, relevant, automated and trackable.

Whether you seek a single, exceptional marketing piece developed by an award-winning creative services team, an entire cross-media communication plan or a distinct software solution that encourages and tracks engagement, Nathan will be more than happy to answer your questions and make suggestions about the best way to proceed.
