David Feng Joins Liaison as Vice President of Client Success

Senior business leader will ensure company’s products and services help higher education institutions meet their admissions and recruitment marketing goals

WATERTOWN, Mass. (September 18, 2018) —Liaison International, the leading provider of higher ed admissions and enrollment management technology, expanded its leadership team today with the addition of David Feng, the company’s new vice president of client success. In this role, Dave will oversee the company’s client-facing functions to ensure Liaison’s continued delivery of an exceptional customer experience and to facilitate their success in achieving admissions and recruitment goals.

Specifically, Dave will oversee the company’s onboarding processes for its Centralized Application Services (CASs™); direct the client services provided by Liaison’s application processing and customer service team; and drive client delivery and implementation, as well as account management for the company’s products and services.

The company recognized the need to appoint a single business leader with the skills and know-how to align and integrate critical customer-facing functions. Dave will serve as this executive, leveraging his two decades of experience achieving strategic outcomes and driving customer success within small, hyper-growth companies and large global enterprises. He brings to Liaison senior leadership experience from high profile technology and healthcare companies, including Nuance Healthcare, Kronos, Be Free and Open Market.
