Karen Jacobs

Vice President, Account Management

Karen, Liaison’s vice president of account management, joined the company in 2014. A former assistant vice president of admissions at Thomas Jefferson University (T.J.U.), she works on the front line of Liaison’s program adoption strategic initiative, spearheading its most highly prioritized service recruitment efforts. Before joining Liaison, Karen spent over 10 years at T.J.U., leading the undergraduate and graduate admissions operation for the Jefferson Schools of Health Professions, Nursing, Pharmacy and Population Health. Prior to that, she managed admissions, financial aid and enrollment management programs at Penn State Abington and Jacksonville University. Karen holds an M.A. in Professional Communication from La Salle University and a B.A. in International Relations and French from the University of Delaware.

Over the last three decades, Liaison has helped over 40,000 programs on more than 1,200 campuses more effectively manage admissions through its Centralized Application Service (CAS™) technology and complementary application processing and support services. The higher education technology leader supports its partner institutions’ total enrollment goals by pairing CAS with its Enrollment Marketing (EM) platform as well as the recently acquired TargetX (CRM) and advanced analytics software Othot.
