[WATERTOWN, Mass., March 11, 2025] – Liaison is proud to announce that its founder and CEO, George Haddad, has been awarded the prestigious Gies Award for Eminence in Innovation by the ADEAGies Foundation, the philanthropic arm of the American Dental Education Association (ADEA). This honor recognizes Mr. Haddad’s transformative contributions to oral health and health professions enrollment management, as well as his decades-long commitment to advancing dental education through technology and innovation.

Mr. Haddad, who was officially named a 2025 Gies Award recipient in October 2024, was formally honored at the 75th ADEAGies Foundation Awards Celebration on March 10 in National Harbor, Maryland.

With a career spanning more than 30 years in higher education technology, Mr. Haddad has played a pivotal role in modernizing dental school admissions and enrollment processes. Liaison’s partnership with ADEA dates back to the late 1990s, when ADEA became an early adopter of Liaison’s Centralized Application Service technology to support dental education programs. This collaboration has since expanded, reflecting a shared mission to improve student access and institutional success through data-driven, technology-enabled solutions.

“It is a tremendous honor to receive the Gies Award for Eminence in Innovation from the ADEAGies Foundation,” Mr. Haddad said. “For more than three decades, Liaison has worked closely with ADEA to transform dental school admissions and support the next generation of oral health professionals. I am deeply grateful for this recognition and look forward to continuing our work together to advance dental education.”
