Boston University to Leverage UniCAS Solution for University-Wide Insight

We’re excited to share that Boston University (BU) recently selected our UniCAS™ solution to process more than 40,000 applications a year across the institution’s 100+ graduate programs.

We announced the launch of UniCAS™ 10 months ago when we saw a need for institutions to have a comprehensive admissions solution that could provide them a unified view of admissions across all of their graduate schools and programs for more strategic analysis and planning. The UniCAS product was built on our 18-year history of providing centralized application services (CAS™) to graduate admissions programs in partnership with professional associations.

UniCAS provides a unified view of admissions efforts by program, school, and across the institution. It allows programs to retain their own specific admissions processes while providing institutions with aggregate enrollment data for analysis and to model trends for current and future applicant cycles.

With UniCAS, BU will have access to key enrollment data across all of their graduate programs on a single platform – enabling benchmarking, forecasting and predictive analysis institution-wide. In addition, BU will be outsourcing multiple administrative tasks to Liaison such as managing customer service calls and emails, receiving and opening the mail, scanning transcripts and other admissions materials and data entry.  UniCAS’s integrated services will allow admissions staff to spend less time on administrative work and more time on enrolling the best fit applicants and other key strategic functions.

By having access to analytical tools that forecast and model enrollment trends for current and future applicant cycles, BU will be able to develop even more effective recruitment strategies. UniCAS will provide BU with actionable data and strategic insight, while allowing its individual programs to continue customizing their applications.

We’re excited to be working with BU on this strategic project and to be part of progressing their enrollment goals institution-wide!
