Liaison Strengthens Team with new Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Products
To expand its strategic role in institution-wide enrollment management, Liaison International has added two new members to its executive team. Bill Olsen will serve as Liaison’s new chief technology officer; Adam Kenney, Liaison’s new vice president of products.
“I started my career as a developer, so I’m a technologist at heart,” said Olsen. “I’m looking forward to helping Liaison deliver world-class admissions management and enrollment marketing solutions to our partners and clients.” Olsen brings to his new position his experience at Accruent, a software company for integrated workplace management systems, serving such higher education institutions as MIT, Harvard University and Dartmouth. As the vice president of engineering, Olsen helped grow the technology organization’s delivery capabilities and business scalability.
“I am thrilled to serve as the advocate of our end-users as we work to improve the user experience,” said Kenney. Kenney previously served as senior director of application development products and technology at Pegasystems, an enterprise software vendor focused on providing CRM solutions to some of the largest global companies. He’s been responsible for leading a global organization of over 130 product managers, designers, and engineers, including teams in Cambridge, MA, and India. He was awarded the Pegasystem Chairman’s Award for his work in 2015.
“At Liaison, we innovate. It’s what we’ve been doing for the last two decades and what we’ll continue to do as our higher education partners continue to face an evolving enrollment landscape,” said George Haddad, founder and CEO of Liaison. “Our team of experienced and passionate professionals make this commitment to change possible. By adding Kenney’s experience in technical leadership and Olsen’s wealth of knowledge on how to effectively scale delivery capabilities, we’ll continue to expand our strategic role in the industry while delivering the solutions that our association and higher ed partners need.”
